MEET OUR TEAM
Gareth Jones has been a Surveyor for over 40 years. During this time, he has worked for the in-house property departments of major corporations such as Associated British Ports and The British Printing Corporation. He also worked in the property department of the Daily Mirror Group at the time of Robert Maxwell, and prior to that, Jones Lang LaSalle.
Gareth set up Jones Granville in 1993 and is the Director of the company. It specialises in providing professional consultancy advice to property occupiers throughout the UK.
Gareth has three daughters, two of whom are 22 year old twins. With any spare time Gareth's interests are golf, rugby and cricket, previously as a player but now as a spectator.

Gareth Jones
Richard has over 34 years’ experience providing bespoke property solutions to occupiers, developers, secured lenders, investors, and insolvency practitioners. His consulting and transaction expertise has focused on large complex portfolios and single assets, providing options analysis, risk assessment reviews, and exit strategy implementation.
Previously, Richard was co-owner of De Villiers Advisory Services Limited and one of four directors in GVA's London Restructuring & Recovery team, advising secured lenders and insolvency practitioners on a wide variety of corporate and distressed asset situations. Prior to that, Richard played a prominent role in both the Deloitte and Grant Thornton property consultancy teams and led Grant Thornton's disposal strategy management service line, working closely with insolvency and turnaround teams to devise and implement exit strategies to maximize value for distressed asset situations. In addition, Richard provided advice and assistance on a wide range of independent business reviews and corporate finance due diligence exercises.
Richard is a keen rugby enthusiast and enjoys watching Saracens and England play whenever he can.
